The details on the all-new, more straightforward line of supplements, Ghost Basics, continue to roll in this month, following on from last week’s tell-all unveilings of Vitamin C + Glutathione and the brand’s third attempt at fish oil. Here today, we have the third of the four products that’ll be making up the simpler selection of supplements, and this is the final innovation in pill format. Joining Vitamin C and Fish Oil is Ghost Digestive Enzymes, and like those others, it has a premium infusion.
The upcoming Ghost Basics Series Digestive Enzymes centers around a quality selection of enzymes to notably support and improve digestion and gut health. There are three groups of ingredients in the supplement that all come together for that core goal, including 220mg of the BioCore blend, made up of various digestive enzymes like amylase, protease, and lactase. The other features in the formula are 125mg of the premium ProHydrolase and peptidase and, lastly, a 60mg combination of enzymes to specifically help with fruit and vegetable digestion, like cellulase and pectinase.
Ghost has never been known to take straightforward approaches to any category it has broken into; even in protein powder, it is one of the rare few that transparently outlines its actual sources of protein. With that said, it still manages to add little twists and tweaks in Ghost Basics to make the simple supplements more than their titles will have you thinking. Ghost Digestive Enzymes is launching alongside the other three on Wednesday of next week, with full details on the fourth item coming this Wednesday.
