Muscle Nation adds another RTD to its arsenal featuring a pre-workout formula

Muscle Nation Pre Workout Rtd

Muscle Nation has mostly gone deep into the convenient side of supplements in more recent years, expanding its selection of functional foods and beverages, the latter including ready-to-drink protein as well as carbonated energy drinks. The Australian health, nutrition, and originally-apparel giant is going deeper into the beverage realm with a ready-to-drink pre-workout simply named Muscle Nation Pre-Workout, featuring a formula much more advanced than your standard energy drink.

Muscle Nation hasn’t packed an extremely complex combination of ingredients into its Pre-Workout RTD, even compared to its own bulk pre-workout supplement Legacy, but still more than enough to power you through your workout. The caffeine sits at the maximum for a beverage down under in Australia at 160mg in the half-liter volume alongside theanine at almost a third the amount at 50mg, together providing notably smooth and lasting energy.

Supporting other core benefits of a pre-wokout, Muscle Nation’s Pre-Workout RTD comes with a gram of taurine and 1.6g of beta-alnine to support performance and endurance and just over 300mg of combined electrolytes to help out in the hydration department. Then, for muscle pumps, the brand has thrown in a small amount of pure citrulline at 2g, and last but not least is a lone ingredient for focus and cognition in acetyl-l-tyrosine at half a gram, which, similar to citrulline, is on the lighter side of things.

Again, Muscle Nation hasn’t packed out its ready-to-drink pre-workout, although in the situation of needing something convenient and on the go, it is steps above an energy drink. You could potentially even grab two and double up as that’ll get you close to your typical pre-workout at the likes of 320mg of caffeine, a full 3.2g of beta-alanine, and 4g of citrulline. The premixed supplement will soon hit retailers in Australia in two fruity flavors in Grape Rush and Pineapple Punch.
