Mike Sommerfeld and his brand pack out their premium pre-workout The Peak

The Peak Mike Sommerfeld Pre Workout

As teased and promised, the sports nutrition brand Peak in Europe debuted its all-new pre-workout supplement at this year’s FIBO convention in Cologne, Germany, together in partnership with its premier athlete and powerhouse bodybuilder Mike Sommerfeld. When the brand shared a sneak peek of the innovation, it made it clear that Zynamite, PeakATP, and the nootropic Cognizin would be a part of the product, and they are but they only make up a portion of the formula.

The name of the pre-workout from Peak and Mike Sommerfeld is The Peak, and that is fitting as it’s the most advanced competitor for the category we’ve seen from the brand. Zynamite is in there at a solid 150mg a serving alongside PeakATP at 400mg for performance and Cognizin at 500mg for focus. Again, that is just the beginning, as the brand has thrown in several other components to maximize muscle pumps, elevate focus and cognition, and drive hard-hitting energy.

Peak The Peak Pre Workout Label

We’ve got the facts panel for Peak and Mike Sommerfeld’s The Peak pre-workout in the image above, where you’ll see the robust pump support from 8g of citrulline malate and a combined 6g of arginine from two sources. Choline bitartrate, tyrosine, and lion’s mane are in there, too, for focus at 720mg, 2g, and 500mg, respectively, plus syneprhine, glycine, cordyceps, and finally, driving home the stimulatory side of things, is classic caffeine anhydrous at a more moderate 250mg.

Considering you don’t often get too many loaded pre-workouts in Europe, Peak and its premier athlete and champion bodybuilder, Mike Sommerfeld, have done a damn good job covering all of the bases. The brand also strikes a good balance between standard and premium ingredients, and as seen in the teaser, it proudly highlights them all on the front of the bottle. The supplement is available at FIBO as well as Peak’s online store at €39.90 for a tub of a low 15 servings.
