The young sports nutrition company Skytrition out of Sweden has added to its small but growing selection of products with three essential-style, mostly standalone offerings, each named after their key ingredients. New to the family this month is Magnesium Bisglycinate to reduce stress and improve recovery, Omega-3 for inflammation, cardiovascular and brain function, and finally, D3/K2 providing quality dosages of vitamins D3 and K2.
Skytrition’s Magnesium Gisglycinate relies entirely on that quality type of magnesium in its name, working out to a quality 264mg of the essential mineral in a three-capsule serving. Next up is Omega-3, providing a solid concentration of fatty acids at a gram of fish oil per serving, breaking down to 330mg of EPA, 220mg of DHA, and 150mg of other omega-3s. Last but not least is D3/K2, where every capsule has 100mg of the former and 75mcg of the latter.
To keep things nice and consistent, all of the new essential supplements from Skytrition have 30 servings a bottle, or more if you prefer to spread them out. The cost for each of them is about the same, where Magesnium Bisglycinate and Omega-3 are 199 SEK (19.99 USD) a bottle, and for D3/K2, you’ll pay a pinch under that at 189 SEK (18.98 USD) each.
