Nutrabolics crafts one of the cleanest nutrition-focused gainers on the market

Nutrabolics Hydromass

A couple of months ago, you may remember Nutrabolics came out and teased its all-new gainer, Hydromass, promising a cleaner, more thoughtful approach to the category, separate from any of its other offerings. The supplement proudly promotes itself as made only with clean, quality, real food ingredients while still packing plenty of nutrition. We have the complete breakdown of what’s in the product, and the brand does definitely justify its description.

Nutrabolics hasn’t got too complex in terms of what it’s trying to deliver in its clean gainer Hydromass. We don’t mean that the real food ingredients providing the macronutrients are bland or basic, but mostly that it hasn’t tossed in creatine or other mass-building components. That is a common play in this category, although Hydromass sticks to its core purpose and does a great job at it.

Every serving of Nutrabolics Hydromass tips the scales at 154g, so while it is one of your leaner, cleaner mass gainers out there, it is still a hefty supplement. That serving provides a solid 30g of muscle-building protein from premium hydrolyzed whey isolate and hydrolyzed whey concentrate. The brand has not blended that with any other sources, so you get all of the protein from hydrolyzed sources, then on the carbohydrates side, there is 109g from the quality ModCarb blend.

If you haven’t come across ModCarb before, it is a blend of various real food carbohydrates, including oats, buckwheat, and amaranth. Rounding out the facts panel for Hydromass is a low 1.7g of fat and a calorie count of 570, making for one of the highest quality, nutrition-focused gainers out there. Nutrabolics is rolling this one out into the market in Extreme Chocolate and Peach Mango Smoothie flavors, in a large 3lb bag and an even bigger 7.5lb sack.
