Podium brings on Cognizin and KSM-66 for its improved and better value Fuse pre-workout

Podium Fuse 2025

Fuse 2025 is the latest iteration of Podium Nutrition’s premium pre-workout, and it obviously gets the second half of its name from the year itself. There is actually a bit more to that title than you might think, as it is a promise of innovation, with the brand planning to roll out annual updates moving forward so next year we’ll theoretically get Fuse 2026. As for the formula inside this year’s edition, it is an improvement on the previous pre-workout with some strong and respectable additions and increases.

Podium Nutrition’s Fuse 2025 is a step up in the pre-workout arena, featuring a wider variety of ingredients for deeper support in areas like pumps, performance, and focus. The heavy hitters are still there, including 4g of straight citrulline for muscle pumps and the traditional 3.2g of beta-alanine to push performance and endurance. As mentioned, the focus has been turned up in Fuse 2025 thanks to more tyrosine at 2g a serving and to further support strength, pumps, and hydration, there is 2.5g of betaine.

IngredientsPer Serving
L-Citrulline4,000mg
Beta-Alanine3,200mg
Betaine Anhydrous2,500mg
Tyrosine2,000mg
Taurine1,000mg
Cognizin250mg
KSM-66 Ashwagandha200mg
Caffeine Anhydrous200mg
Theobromine100mg

The new and improved Fuse 2025 pre-workout features even more than tyrosine for focus, with Podium Nutrition also throwing in the premium and proven powerhouse Cognizin at its full amount of 250mg. One other high-end component that has been included is KSM-66 Ashwagandha, backed by an unmatched 24 gold standard clinical studies, and in this product, it’s primarily there for energy and stress reduction. The energy has been intensified a bit, too, with the caffeine still at 200mg but now sitting alongside 100mg of theobromine for a strong boost in energy.

Podium Nutrition is launching its pre-workout evolution Fuse 2025 sometime next month through 321podium.com, as well as its many retail partners. You will get fewer servings per tub at 25 instead of the original’s 30, but it works out to be much better in the end. Not only has the brand lowered the number of servings, it’s also brought down the overall cost of the supplement. Instead of $44.99 for the previous Fuse, fans will pay $34.99 for Fuse 2025, saving you 7%, which is small, but a saving nonetheless.
