Legendary Foods, the functional food powerhouse responsible for an absolutely delicious Pop-Tart-like protein snack, does have other products, although it is easy to forget when the star of the show is as good as Protein Pastry. It’s no surprise that those other items are also incredibly tasty, including its Popped Protein Chips, one of the best chip-style protein snacks in the business. The crispy, crunchy, and protein-packed innovation hit the market in Barbecue, Nacho Cheese, and Ranch flavors, then a little later it was expanded on with Pizza.
During the week of Expo West, down in Anaheim, Legendary Foods has announced the second extension to its always enjoyable Popped Protein Chips, and it is another classic chip experience in Jalapeno Cheddar. Knowing how well it delivers the various hints and tastes it does in the likes of Pizza and Barbecue, we have every reason to believe it’ll knock Jalapeno Cheddar out of the park. The fifth flavor of Legendary’s Protein Chips is making its way to market soon packing that same 20g of protein per bag and only 3g of net carbohydrates.
