Swiss sports nutrition company Go Fitness is mostly known for its deliciously creative functional foods and protein treats, but it also digs in deep on the general health and nutrition side with pre-workouts, amino acids, muscle builders, creatine, and protein powders. The brand is adding to its selection of protein competitors this month by way of 100% Whey Protein, which is a more cost-competitive offering compared to the likes of its already available Juicy Isolate and premium 100% Whey Isolate.
Go Fitness’ 100% Whey Protein isn’t a blend-style supplement, it relies entirely on the moderate whey concentrate with no whey isolate or any other source in its formula. The nutrition profile has a rather typical balance of 21g of protein, between one and two grams of fat, around 3g of carbohydrates, about half of that sugar, and in the area of 110 calories. For good measure, the brand has also thrown in the premium DigeZyme enzyme blend to improve and support digestion and gut health.
As expected with its simple and straightforward formula, Go Fitness does not charge a supremely high-end price for 100% Whey Protein at €14.90 for a small 400g can or go for the traditional 2lber at €32.90. Fans of the supplement company in Switzerland aren’t short on flavors either with six to choose from right out of the gate. The menu of the innovation, includes classics like Chocolate and Vanilla, sweet Strawberry, and uniques like Almond Coconut, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Cinnamon Roll.
