Ghost Basics is an all-new essential-style series of products from the award-winning lifestyle supplement company Ghost. It was announced at the beginning of the week that the brand would be coming out with the collection, which left us suspecting we’d be getting a simpler, standalone creatine, separate from Ghost Size and maybe even a cost-effective pre-workout. The first supplement in the straightforward family has been revealed and it is one of the most traditional essential items in Ghost Fish Oil.
Interestingly, the upcoming Fish Oil under the Ghost Basics Series is not an entirely new concept for the brand, as it has had a fish oil formula previously on two separate occasions. In its second year of business consumers got Ghost Fish Oil with a variety of omega fatty acids, although it was eventually discontinued. Back in 2022 the supplement returned with an infusion of the premium SmartPrime-Om, which was also discontinued, now bringing us to the third round of Ghost Fish Oil under the Ghost Basics banner.
The newest fish oil formula from Ghost is the simplest we’ve seen from the company, fitting for the launch of Ghost Basics, with 1.5g of wild anchovy, mackerel, and sardine fish oil, per softgel, breaking down to 1.2g of omega-3s, half of that EPA and 450mg of DHA. The product is to-the-point, revolving entirely around fish oil, and it is launching in exactly two weeks. Ghost Basics is a series, and Ghost Fish Oil is one of four supplements filling out the family, with all of them sticking to the simple and straightforward script.
