The convenience store giant 7-Eleven took a premium turn into health and nutrition last year with its house brand 7-Select and the Fusion energy drink. The product offers the traditional benefit of a functional beverage, featuring 200mg of caffeine, but alongside several other efficacious ingredients in alpha-gpc and CognatiQ for focus, BCAAs, Chromax, and CellFlo6 to improve performance. 7-Eleven has gone into another health market this month, introducing the 7-Select Rebuild Protein Shake.
7-Eleven and 7-Select’s Rebuild Protein Shake comes with a hefty 35g of protein in a 14oz bottle and just a gram of sugar. The innovation is not as lean as possible due to it taking a meal replacement approach with enough carbohydrates to offer a fair balance between the two key macronutrients. To further make it appropriate as a meal-replacing beverage, 7-Eleven has infused the product with a variety of essential vitamins and minerals for general health and wellness, including vitamins A, D3, and K.
The meal replacement stance of the 7-Eleven brand Rebuild Protein Shake will give it a smooth milkshake texture, and it has a great taste with three traditional flavors in Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry. The high-protein beverage is currently making its way out to the many 7-Eleven locations across the country, as well as Speedway and Stripes. Protein RTDs has never been the busiest corner of the industry but there are a lot of players heating things up in 2025, with 7-Eleven coming on as one of the biggest.
