By now, most health and nutrition consumers will be more than familiar with completely transparent labels, where you see each and every ingredient on the label listed with an exact dosage. This was nowhere near as common as today; in fact, it’s almost flipped, with proprietary blends as common as transparency was back in the day.

On the brand’s website, it breaks that down to $21 going to the ingredients and manufacturing, $1.16 for the design and packaging, 55 cents a bottle to transport, and $4.31 to test for everything that’s in there. For those not keeping track, that works out to $27.02 to have it done and delivered to sell for $39.99, and those costs and differences do vary across each of Soul Performance’s items.
While cost transparency isn’t as crucial to the consumer as a completely transparent label and open third-party testing, it is an incredible feature of Soul Performance Nutrition. It’s not something we’ve ever seen from any brand in this industry, and we can assure you there are several that would just simply never be able to do it.
