Quest goes big and squeezes 45g of protein into its incredibly lean Protein Milkshake

Quest Protein Milkshake

Quest Nutrition already has a robust and competitive entry in the ready-to-drink protein space with its signature Quest Protein Shake. It does exactly as advertised, giving consumers a quick and easy way to take in 30g of protein in a delicious milkshake-like beverage. The Functional Brand Of The Year for 2024 is now getting even deeper into the world of protein RTDs with the Quest Protein Milkshake, featuring the highest protein and leanest nutrition profile we’ve seen on this sort of supplement.

The newly released Quest Protein Milkshake comes in three sweet and smooth flavors, all classic, familiar options in Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry. Knowing how good the regular Quest Protein Shake tastes, we imagine all of these are incredibly on point; however, there is a distinct difference with the Protein Milkshake. Quest Nutrition has managed to squeeze a whole lot more protein into its newest innovation, going 50% more than its original competitor in the category at a strong 45g.

Quest Protein Milkshake 2

The main ingredient in the Quest Protein Milkshake is ultra-filtered nonfat milk alongside various taste and texture ingredients, and as mentioned, that results in a high protein nutrition profile and impressively lean numbers everywhere else. Despite that sizeable 45g of protein in a 14oz bottle, there are only 3 to 6g of carbohydrates, 2g ofsugar, no added sugar, 4g of fat, and 230 calories. That is a leaner protein-to-calorie ratio than the Quest Protein Shake, with 50% more protein but only 35% more calories.

We have to commend Quest Nutrition on pushing up to the heights of 45g of protein, as you genuinely never see sports nutrition companies, let alone more general health nutrition brands, get as high as 40g. The Quest Protein Milkshake goes all the way up to 45g, all while staying incredibly lean and undoubtedly delivering a milkshake-like flavor and consistency. The price is obviously higher than the Quest Protein Shake, and it will be available individually as well as in cost-effective packs of four.
