Rob Bailey reworks his original Onward with more attention on energy, focus and mood

Onward 2

Rob Bailey’s supplement company, or self-titled brand and product Onward, has undergone a few changes while still remaining something designed specifically for hard-working individuals not necessarily in the gym. Onward has always been a product formulated for anytime energy and focus, whether that’s to help get you up and going in the morning, a midday or afternoon pick-me-up, or a light uplift before exercise or activity. It’s not a pre-workout or even a potent nootropic, think of it as a complex energy drink in powder format.

Onward has been reworked and refined on the inside and out, getting a refreshed look and feel, and some tweaks to the formula. The updated supplement aims to support energy, focus, and mood, as well as hydration, thanks to a blend of electrolytes. Onward 2.0, as it’s being referred to, doesn’t go too hard on the stimulants, with the caffeine sitting at 137.5mg per serving. The introduction of the sequel has also brought about the creation of a caffeine-free variant, where you get all of the same ingredients minus the sources of caffeine.

You can see the formula for the regular, caffeinated version of Onward in the facts panel above, where the 137.5mg of caffeine comes from 100mg of fast-acting anhydrous, and the remaining 37mg is zumXR time-released caffeine. Alongside that to support the focus, mood, and hydration benefits, is 2g of tyrosine, a small 45mg of calming theanine, 400mcg of huperzine, various vitamins, and a combined 332mg of electrolytes. It offers moderate and reliable dosages across the board, plus AstraGin, to maximize absorption and efficacy.

You can grab Rob Bailey’s reworked Onward 2.0, referred to simply as Onward on the label, directly from its standalone online store at continueonward.com. The price of the supplement is about the same at $49.97 for a tub of 30 servings in three flavors, although it is one of those flavors that is caffeine-free. For the standard edition with an energy drink-like 137.5mg of caffeine, the options are Watermelon Ice and Strawberry Kiwi; then for the energyless variant, without any caffeine, the flavor is a traditional blue raspberry named Blue Raz.
