Barry’s is a hugely popular exercise facility offering cardio and strength-focused workouts, starting down in West Hollywood almost three decades ago, now spans 16 countries, and has 70 premium boutique locations. Kourtney Kardashian’s health and wellness brand Lemme, which mostly makes gummy-style supplements, has just got together with Barry’s for a rather interesting collaboration that is themed around its most recent innovation, although it doesn’t exactly include it.
Lemme and Barry’s have collaborated on a smoothie that takes inspiration from the successful supplement company’s stimulant-free fat burner, Lemme Tone. The brand packs that one with vitamin B12, ginger root, apple cider vinegar, and Chromax chromium in an effort to support and improve weight management. The beverage Lemme and Barry’s have made is the Lemme Tone Shake, and while the supplement itself is not in there, it does contain one of the main components in ginger powder.
The specific recipe of the Lemme Tone Shake consists of coconut water, high protein specifically from plant-based sources, fresh raspberries and mango, metabolism-boosting carnitine, ginger root, chia seeds, and coconut flakes. A lot of those ingredients play into the taste and texture of the smoothie, as well as keeps things nutritious. Barry’s has announced the Lemme Tone Shake, not made it available, but members and regulars will be able to get it from its Fuel Bar starting Friday of next week.
