Soyjoy makes traditional Kurma Nastar into a flavor of its soy-based protein snack

Kurma Nastar Soyjoy Protein Bar

Soyjoy is a protein-snacking company in Asia that, as per its name, makes its signature functional food with soy protein. The product doesn’t pack a huge amount of protein, with a very moderate 4 to 7g, and the size of the food isn’t that big, tipping the scales at 30g a piece. One of the most interesting parts about Soyjoy and its flagship offering are the flavors, as it makes tastes that are more familiar with locals, including options like Almond Chocolate, Open Sesame, Tropical Cranberries, and Lekker & Nuts.

Soyjoy is starting the year with another unique flavor for its protein bar, an extension you won’t likely see for any functional food here in the US with Kurma Nastar. The flavor is named after a traditional Indonesian treat: a pineapple tart cookie filled with a date paste, an experience Soyjoy wants to communicate in its latest innovation. The Kurma Nastar Soyjoy protein bar is making its way out to stockists this month, and it has a large reach with availability in the likes of convenience stores and supermarkets.
