Apollon Nutrition has unveiled its promising and celebratory special edition pre-workout, something we’ve seen it do many times before, although none of those past temporary supplements are quite like this. Hooligan V50 is somewhat of an internal collaboration between the hardcore, two-time Brand Of The Year and its fearless founder, Robik Samborsky. Later this week, Robik is celebrating his 50th birthday, and the all-new Hooligan V50 is being launched to make it an extra special occasion.
The limited edition Hooligan V50 is coming to market in three days, on Thursday the 20th, and it will be exclusive to the reputable retailer Ares Nutrition. The supplement store’s website and physical locations will be the only places you can get your hands on the packed-out pre-workout, as well as the brand’s online store at apollonnutrition.com. As you can see in the facts panel below, this is a stacked pre-workout with over 30g of actives, and with that does come a premium price tag for a tub of 20 servings.
Fans of Apollon Nutrition will see a few similarities between the latest iteration of the regular Hooligan and Robik’s celebratory Hooligan V50. The likes of straight citrulline, beta-alanine, betaine, alpha-gpc, and caffeine are all there, but with some notable changes in the dosages. It is there where things make the supplement an intriguing one-of-a-kind creation. To go with the theme of the occasion and product, the collaboration has 50mg more on each of its dosages, such as 10.05g of citrulline instead of 10g.
The light increases aren’t going to make much of a difference in the case of 10g of citrulline versus 10.05g, but it’s a fun twist and will be much more noticeable in some of the other ingredients in Hooligan V50. You can see the complete facts panel for the special edition supplement in the image above, and it is loaded with plenty of highlights, including a double dose of beta-alanine at 6.45g to maximize performance, a huge 4.05g of tyrosine for focus, and 5.05g to power up muscle pumps.
Some of the true standouts in Apollon Nutrition and Robik Samborsky’s Hooligan V50 pre-workout would be the four-figure alpha-gpc sitting at 1.05g, a hard-hitting 550mg of eria jarensis, and one of our favorite performance and muscle building ingredients, Senactiv, at an extra high triple dose of 150mg. Altogether, it offers a similar sort of experience to the standard Hooligan with more stimulants for energy and focus without overloading the caffeine, and Senactiv to drive home performance.
