The brand has packed the innovation with a robust selection of ingredients and dosages to support muscle recovery, hydration, performance, endurance, and, surprisingly, a blend of pump-enhancing components.
On the amino side, Reckful Intra-Workout comes with a typical 5g of BCAAs at a two-to-one ratio of 2.5g of leucine and 1.25g each of isoleucine and valine, plus a gram of glutamine and 200mg of histidine. When it comes to electrolytes, the Russian supplement company hasn’t gone too heavy with a combined total sitting just under 300mg, breaking down into 150mg of sodium, 75mg of potassium, 25mg of magnesium, and 15mg of calcium.
The intriguing twist to Reckful’s dive into the specialized intra-workout category is all of the pump-powering ingredients, which is not a benefit commonly found in this sort of supplement. Similar to the electrolytes, you don’t get a massive amount of actives for pumps, but they’re in there nonetheless, with half a gram of citrulline, 1.3g of the classic arginine, 1.5 of betaine, and BioPerine black pepper to improve the absorption and efficacy of the formula in its entirety.
