Per4m’s Meal Replacement keeps things incredibly balanced nutritionally with 26g of protein a serving from whey concentrate, milk concentrate, and micellar casein, followed by 18g of carbohydrates, under a gram of that sugar, thanks to the inclusion of wholesome oat flour. The fat isn’t too low nor high, falling between 5 to 6g, bringing the calories to a reasonable 230 or so.
