Ghost makes its Hydration Drink even better and gives it an all-new look

New And Improved Ghost Hydration

The Ghost Hydration Drink is the sports drink from the two-time Brand Of The Year and Brand Of The Decade winner Ghost, and it brings all of the pieces we know the supplement company for into a convenient and enjoyable beverage. You get a variety of electrolytes, zero sugar, low calories, and for the brand’s signature twist, there is a full 50mg dosage of Senactiv known for its ability to enhance performance, strength, and muscle building, but it is usually primarily found in pre-workouts.

A year after the debut of the Ghost Hydration Drink, the lifestyle supplement company is coming out with a new and improved version. While that may seem like a short amount of time between launch and improvement, this is something Ghost has done throughout its career: stepping things up where possible, regardless of timing. The 2025 edition of Ghost Hydration Drink features a couple of notable changes, but at its core, it offers the same hydration, performance, and endurance benefits.

Improved Ghost Hydration Drink

The variety of electrolytes in the Ghost Hydration Drink has been tweaked a touch where you get a different source of magnesium but just as much electrolytes overall. The powerhouse Senactiv is still in the mix as well as zero sugar with next-to-no calories. The standout changes are a switch to a darker label design with black covering the main body and a color-appropriate background for the flavor callout, plus a more enjoyable taste inside, which should be interesting as we liked all of the originals.

The new and improved Ghost Hydration Drink is making its debut down under in Australia, already showing up and being available for purchase in coolers from 7-Eleven locations. You’ll find four flavors on the menu for the revamped sports drink in that part of the world with Blue Raspberry, Orange Squeeze, Lemon Lime, and Kiwi Strawberry. There is also a deal right now on the refreshed Ghost Hydration Drink at Australian 7-Elevens where it’s two bottles for $7 (4.33 USD), which is just $2.16 each in USD.
