Italy’s Tsunami puts 10g of protein into a chocolate chip or coconut-filled cookie

Tsunami Cookie Fit Protein

Tsunami Nutrition in Italy has exploded these past couple of years, seemingly coming out of nowhere and swiftly expanding into a complete collection of health and nutrition supplements and foods. It has some functional items, not quite as extensive as its supplements, although it does branch out in that direction. Here in the final month of the year, the growing brand has added another protein snack to its arsenal with Cookie Fit Protein, a classic circular cookie packing a high amount of protein.

Wheat protein, butter, sweeteners, and various other flavoring ingredients have been rolled together to create Tsunami Nutrition’s Cookie Fit Protein, packing 10g of protein per piece. That comes alongside 17g of carbohydrates, so close to twice the amount of protein, well under a gram of sugar, close to no sugar, a sizeable 15g of fat, and 225 calories. You can get your hands on the product directly through tsunaminutrition.com individually at €2.50, meaning you don’t need to invest in an entire box.

When it comes to flavors, Tsunami Nutrition has crafted two for its protein-packed cookie, including a traditional Chocolate Chip, which does indeed come with a bunch of chocolate chips spread throughout its body. As for the other one, that’s a little less common in Coconut, with what appears to be coconut bits mixed into the product, both packing that same 10g of protein per piece and featuring a rather high 225 calories.
