Sporter is a European supplement company that just dropped an M&M’s-like candy with Zero One Choco Dots, where you get a bag of miniature chocolate pieces covered in a colorful shell. The catch is it’s a functional product, the functional side being that it has no added sugar, sitting at a total of just 2g in an entire 40g bag and a total of 156 calories. Sporter is a health and nutrition brand, not exactly a functional specialist, and here in December, it has dropped something to reflect that.
Ulta Max Shot is Sporter’s newest innovation, which is a pre-workout, but it is not in your traditional tub of bulk powder or even a full-size beverage. Ulta Max Shot is designed to give you a selection of pre-workout ingredients; all stuffed into a convenient, pocket-sized 100ml shot. It is a spin-off of the already available Ulta Max powder pre-workout, and it has a lot of the same active ingredients, all of them common and reliable for this sort of supplement with some solid dosages despite the size.
Sporter’s Ulta Max Shot features a hefty hit of performance-powering beta-alanine at 5g, 2g each of taurine and pump-enhancing citrulline malate, the classic European pre-workout component arginine AKG at 2g, and lastly, a rather hard-hitting level of caffeine at 400mg for intense energy.
The Ulta Max Shot is out now in Europe, and it is a comprehensive effort that essentially matches the contents of the original Ulta Max powder supplement, although in saying that it is promoted as two servings a bottle, so it does direct you to have half for a single serving. In the shot size, that is tough to do, but as mentioned, you could throw down the whole thing and be in for a pretty good time. Sporter has only one flavor for the shot spin-off of Ulta Max and that is a sweet Raspberry Lemon Lime.
