Hypa packs a lot into its pre-workout debut including a strong 400mg of caffeine

Hypa Pre Charge Pre Workout

The New Zealand-based retailer and house brand Hypa, has come out with a pre-workout to go alongside its creatine and various protein supplements, including Pro-Charge, ISO-Charge, and the high-calorie gainer Mass-Charge. The name of the product continues that charge-naming style with Pre-Charge, which is similar to its other offering, features reliable ingredients and dosages, but does get pretty high on caffeine compared to other competitors down in that part of the world.

The facts panel will be online shortly for Hypa’s pre-workout debut Pre-Charge, but the highlights across the front are most of what make up the supplement’s 16g serving size. Driving better muscle pumps is 6g of citrulline malate at the usual two-to-one citrulline to malic acid ratio and a gram of agmatine. Taking care of the performance side of things is the ever-present beta-alanine at a full 3.2g in the maximum serving plus a gram of taurine and 400mg of the quality electrolyte source, pink Himalayan salt.

16g Serving
Citrulline Malate 2:16,000mg
Beta-Alanine3,200mg
Agmatine Sulfate1,000mg
Taurine1,000mg
N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine750mg
Vitamin C500mg
Natural Caffeine400mg
Himalayan Pink Salt400mg
Alpha-GPC250mg
Lion’s Mane250mg
Green Tea Extract50mg
Panax Notoginseng Root50mg

In addition to all of the above, and as you can see in the complete list of ingredients, Hypa has also included a strong set of sensory ingredients that enhance energy and focus. Complementing the pump and performance in Pre-Charge is 750mg of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, 250mg of lion’s mane, and another 250mg of alpha-gpc to ramp up mental focus and clarity. Rounding it all out is a rather strong dose of energy, especially for the Australia and New Zealand market at 400mg of natural caffeine.

Conveniently, Hypa has launched Pre-Charge in two sizes, one that acts as more of a trial option and then a more traditional, bulk full-size. The trial tips the scales at 160g and packs 10 maximum servings or 20 half, and the much bigger one has 50 servings or 25 maximum workouts if you want the full dosages. The trial Pre-Charge and its pricing make for a nice way to try the supplement before investing in the large one, sitting at $49.95 (29.30 USD), while the 25 count is well under twice that at $79.95 (46.90 USD).
