Ghost is expanding the flavor family of its recently reformulated pre-workout supplement, Ghost Legend, now referred to as Ghost Legend V4, with the reintroduction of a past and rarely attemped taste. The brand made several changes for the newest version of what is also one of its longest running products, being there since the beginning. The fourth Ghost Legend packs highlights like 6g of straight citrulline for pumps, 2.5g of betaine, a 100mg double dose of the muscle builder Senactiv, and 300mg of natural caffeine.
The flavor the award-winning Ghost has decided to resurrect and bring back for Ghost Legend V4 is Grapefruit, first seen many many years ago, closer to the actual inception of the brand in 2019. The extension has maintained the original design in a skin-textured yellow-orange background without any of the usual Ghost text and styling. The returning Grapefruit Ghost Legend V4 is making its return right at the end of the month on Friday the 29th of November here in the US, the UK, and down under in Australia.
