The colorful, functional food line Prime Bites from the health and nutrition company Alpha Prime has baked another sweet and smooth creation to go alongside its original hit treat, the Prime Bites Protein Brownie. The product packs 15g of protein per piece with whey being the primary source, although the brand does mention 5g of the protein in there is straight from collagen. The newest member of the family is very similar in build and texture to the brownie but in a different form with Protein Mini Muffins.
Alpha Prime and Prime Bites’ Protein Mini Muffins are smaller than usual muffins, hence the name, Mini Muffins, and they have that same level of protein as Protein Brownie at 15g a piece, 5g of that coming from hair, skin, nail, and joint health-supporting collagen. The rest of the macros are lighter than the brand’s brownie, with less sugar and the calories ending at 195, instead of 230. It’d be interesting to see how the two compare with that alternative format, as well as lower numbers elsewhere in the profile.
There are three flavors to start for Prime Bites Protein Mini Muffins, all of them relatively familiar experiences are common for muffins or just baking in general with Birthday Cake, Chocolate Fudge, and Blueberry Muffin. They are available now, albeit exclusive to TikTok Shop, with presumably a fuller, more official launch to follow with stock at alphaprimesupps.com, Amazon, and physical retailers.
