Ghost knocks it out of the park as only it knows how in its comprehensive sleep solution

Ghost Sleep Review

A sleep supplement from Ghost has been an incredibly long-time coming, with the brand first mentioning that it was working on and coming out with one way back at the beginning of 2021. If you’re a fan and followers of the brand, you’ll know, it always aims to knock things out the park on the first swing, so it makes sense that all these years later, Ghost Sleep has finally come to market. On the formula side it is everything we expected and more, with a well-rounded, well-dosed, and reliable sleep product.

Impressively, Ghost hasn’t just thrown in standard, tried and true sleep ingredients into Ghost Sleep, but again, knowing the brand and what it’s done in other categories, that was never going to happen. It does have some of the classics in there like GABA and melatonin, although in amongst all of those are the difference makers. Ghost has also included SerinAid phosphatidylserine, a blend of standard and sustained-released melatonin, the powerhouse KSM-66 Ashwagandha, glycine, and a surprise quality dose of colostrum.

Review

Ever since we got word of Ghost Sleep coming to market, we’ve been waiting to get our hands on the supplement, even more so when we saw the formula. We actually went in store and grabbed four tubs, two of each flavor, Blue Dream and Apple Pie, and are incredibly glad we did after experiencing just how good the product is. The catch with sleep aids, at least for us, is it’s not always about just getting you to sleep, it’s about improving quality deep sleep and having you wake up feeling better than without the supplement.

Ghost Sleep hits in all areas you could want a comprehensive sleep product to. Firstly, it knocks you out, not in the sense that you suddenly fall asleep, but it brings on a tired feeling, yawn by yawn, there is certainly a noticeable increase in going from awake to tired, whether you’re a great sleeper or not. It eases you into that point where you know you need to turn the lights off, charge your phone, or put the book down, and shortly after that, you will calmly drift off to sleep.

As for quality of sleep, it does incredibly well, where it’ll takes extra effort to disrupt your sleep, which can, of course, vary from person to person; however, for us, it was simply complete unbroken sleep everytime Ghost Sleep is used. More impressively this remains true while on the move, travelling and shifting timezones. And, despite the sleep being a serious level of deepness, even on those mornings where you need to get up early and have to cut rest short, it’s not a challenge, with just as much groginess or effort required as your usual wake up.

Recovery is one of our favorite effects, especially in a sleep aid, capping off an intense workout at the end of the day. Maximizing recovery through the night is a great way to build muscle and strength, and have your body repaired and ready to perform the next day. Ghost Sleep does this in a way that we’ve done ourselves since the rise of Bio-Gro by way of a hefty 3g of colostrum (1.25g of IgG). The better deep sleep does help to enhance recovery but quality colostrum at night or post-workout is a go-to for us, and seemingly Ghost as well, as it will have you feeling more refreshed, less sore, and stronger the next day.

Summary

Overall, Ghost Sleep is damn good, to improve getting to and staying asleep as well as greatly boosting overnight recovery. Feeling as recovered as possible to tackle your day and workout is worth its weight in gold, and while that will be measurably different from person to person, $2 a serving is more than worth it. Ghost Sleep is indeed $40 for a tub of 20 maximum servings at ghostlifestyle.com using an ongoing coupon like “LEGEND”. Both flavors, Blue Dream and Apple Pie, are fairly enjoyable, no off taste even when stacked with other items, although they both have cinnamon in them so they are somewhat similar.
