Evolene in Indonesia has relaunched its signature protein powder EvoWhey, a relatively straightforward competitor in the saturated category, or at least previously it was, as the team has really stepped things up on this one. The reworked supplement is still called EvoWhey, although to distinguish it from its predecessor, the brand refers to it as EvoWhey with Evosorption. Evolene has made more than enough changes to justify the hype, as it is really getting behind and driving this one.
The sequel to Evolene’s EvoWhey protein powder, firstly, has switched up its source of protein, where you now get three quality ingredients providing its lean nutrition profile, versus two from the original. Those three are whey concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysate, which are transparently responsible for 70%, 20%, and 10% of the protein, respectively. It ensures a better and faster uptake of its 25g of protein with low carbohydrates, sugar, and fat for a moderate calorie count of around 125.
The other features that have been introduced in the revamped EvoWhey or EvoWhey with Evosorption are an infusion of something called Evosorption, promising significantly better digestion and absorption, hence the name. While we can’t find details on specifically what Evosorption is, we’re guessing it’s digestive enzymes, an approach that has become common here in the US, and lastly, the brand has found a way to ensure the scoop sticks to the top so you don’t need to go digging.
Evolene is already reporting its Evoscorption-enhanced EvoWhey protein powder as available for purchase in its local Indonesian market and the other regions it reaches into in that part of the world. There are at least two flavors to choose from to start in Chocolate Fudge and Fresh Strawberry Milk, and to get the best price, they come in large tub sizes with 1.55kg (3.4lbs) of protein powder.
