White Wolf Nutrition has reworked its premier pre-workout, PRE, essentially simplifying the supplement or moving to a smaller, core set of reliable ingredients. The original had a strong variety of premium, branded components, including Vaso6, the energizing caffeine-free stimulant TeaCrine, and Cell Charge. All of that has gone in White Wolf’s PRE V2, but it is still a very comprehensive product, covering all of the core pre-workout benefits, from energy and focus to pumps and performance.
PRE V2 from White Wolf Nutrition comes with 6g of citrulline malate and 2g of betaine for better muscle pumps, then driving the focus or nootropic side of things is 300mg of alpha-gpc, a gram of tyrosine, 250mg of theanine, and 50mcg of huperzine a. Caffeine is, of course, present, for an uplifting hit of energy where you get 300mg of the stimulant, natural caffeine from green coffee bean, providing a smooth uptick in energy, especially with an almost 1:1 caffeine to theanine ratio.
The surprise inclusion in White Wolf Nutrition’s sequel pre-workout, PRE V2, comes in the form of the classic muscle strength and size ingredient creatine, but you don’t get any ordinary creatine in the supplement. The Australian brand has revamped the pre-workout with a blend of creatine monohydrate and the still relatively new and growing guanidinoacetic acid, GAA for short, known for its ability to increase creatine levels more significantly than creatine monohydrate by itself.
As fans can see, PRE V2 is vastly different from White Wolf Nutrition’s original PRE, still aiming to hit on all levels with support for energy, focus, pumps, and performance, but with a whole new set of ingredients backing it up. Interestingly, the brand highlights the removal of one of its components in beta-alanine, proudly calling out on the front that PRE V2 is now tingle-free. Anyone interested in giving the sequel pre-workout a shot can do so on its website, where tubs of V2 are $74.99 (51.33 USD).
