House brand Star Nutrition combines a short but effective set of ingredients for its gaming debut

Star Nutrition Re Take

Star Nutrition is the house brand of Swedish health and nutrition retailer Gymgrossisten, similar to MM Sports powerhouse Viking Power and Proteinbolaget’s GAAM Nutrition. Similar to those others, Star covers a host of categories, from protein powder to creatine, pre-workout, and much more. The retailer and brand are now tackling the difficult world of gaming supplements with an entry named RE:Take, which brings together a selection of effective energy and focus-supporting ingredients.

The majority of gaming products aim to elevate energy and mental focus, like the signature competitors from the heavy hitters G Fuel, AdvancedGG, and Sneak. Star Nutrition’s RE:Take shoots for that same sort of experience with a blend of 100mg of theanine, half a gram of tyrosine, b vitamins, and 100mg of the premium caffeineless stimulant enXtra. Caffeine is a part of the supplement at a rather strong 300mg in its full serving, and while you can half for 150mg, that will be half the other components.

Star Nutrition has gotten overly complex in the formula of RE:Take, although, in the gaming category, the competitors don’t tend to or need to go over the top like you get in the nootropic space. The price on this one is still rather high, however, sitting at 399 SEK (37.46 USD) for a bottle of 30 maximum servings, or double that to 60 servings if you prefer 150mg of caffeine. There are also three flavors to choose from in Sage Sour Apple, a sweet Candy Rush, and a unique Citrus Elderlower Pick.
