The mainstream brand Mu in Brazil covers a lot of categories, including pre-workout with Exquenta; although being a more widely distributed competitor and in one of the strictest markets in the world, the formula powering it is not overly advanced. There are just two main ingredients in the supplement, as well as 16g of carbohydrates, and those components are caffeine at a moderate 150mg and taurine at half a gram, leaving plenty of space for more than a single serving, but that will increase the carbs and calories.
Mu had a few flavors available for its Exquenta pre-workout, including Pink Lemonade, Blackberry Watermelon, and the Stay Natty collaborations Green Apple and Pineapple. As summer nears in Brazil, the brand has added two fresh new tastes to the menu of Exquenta, both sweet and refreshing options in Mango and the pineapple and passionfruit recipe, Tropical. They are out and available this month in Mu’s home country in both of Exquenta’s sizes, the 15 serving 300g and the almost double-sized 500g.
