The Gorilla Energy Drink is a competitor in the world of energy drinks that’s been around for over a decade, and it has built quite a name for itself and an extensive international distribution network. You can get it in Europe, Asia, and very soon — if all things go the way it is hoping — here in the US. The beverage brand doesn’t get too creative in the formula of its flagship offering, with a blend of B vitamins, taurine, carnitine, and 160mg of caffeine in a large variety of flavors.
Earlier this year, Gorilla Energy Drink rebranded itself, moving to a simpler, more modern design, and as mentioned, it is now looking to bring its refreshed beverage to the fast-paced and highly competitive American market. The US arm of the company has been looking to fill positions in the Southwest to help get the brand and product off the ground, which will take time, as many success stories have shown, gradually building year after year to eventually make an impact.
We’re not sure if the Gorilla Energy Drink is being tweaked or changed in any way to take on the American market; maybe it has higher caffeine or a better-for-you approach where the majority of its flavors aren’t stacked full of sugar. The company is showing off five variants of its energy drink in line with its US announcement, and that could be its selected menu for the US in Gorilla Energy Ultimate, Mango Coconut, Watermelon Melon, Cherry Berry, and Kiwi Strawberry.
