Ghost Legend All Out came to market about two years ago and is the first stimulant pre-workout the award-winning brand has released that isn’t its original Ghost Legend. The key difference between the regular Legend and Legend All Out is the intensity, as it features a lot more for the sensory benefits of energy and focus, especially in the caffeine department. After reformulating a few products throughout the year, Ghost is turning its attention to that potent pre-workout for Ghost Legend All Out V2.
While Ghost made a number of tweaks for Ghost Legend V4, it hasn’t done as much for the sequel to the potent and high-powered Ghost Legend All Out V2. Everything that was in the first iteration for enhancing muscle pumps, improving performance, and delivering intense energy and focus is still there for the second round. There are some intricate differences, but if you liked the original, it is almost guaranteed you’re going to enjoy the follow-up based on how close they are on paper.
Firstly, Ghost has infused Ghost Legend All Out V2 with more pump-enhancing NO3-T nitrates. Previously each serving had 6g of citrulline, with 1.48g of that coming from 2g of NO3-T citrulline nitrate; now in All Out V2, contributing to the 3.2g of beta-alanine is 2.45g of beta-alanine from 2.53g of NO3-T beta-alanine nitrate, and helping provide the 2.5g of betaine is a gram of NO3-T betaine nitrate. The brand has also added premium PureWay-C vitamin for 250mg of vitamin c, rather than your standard source.
Ghost Legend All Out V2 has a greater infusion of NO3-T nitrates, so while the pre-workout is still the brand’s more potent competitor with 400mg of combined caffeine, fans can look forward to an uptick in pump intensity. We’ve been fans of All Out since it hit the market due to its strength, reliability, and worldwide availability. The better pumps in V2 will definitely elevate the supplement, and it is coming to market on Wednesday of next week through Ghost’s website in tubs of the same 20 maximum servings, and in four flavors: Blue Raspberry, Cherry Limeade, Orange Cream, and Warheads Sour Green Apple.
