Self Omninutrition matches the protein to the carbs in its clean and simple Egg & Oat

Self Omninutrition Egg Oat

A lot of the time, sports nutrition supplements are given unique and catch names, which is always a great way to go as it helps with branding and recognition, especially if it’s a word that isn’t typically associated with that sort of thing or ever used at all. On the other hand, there are many products that are as straightforward as possible and are named after their only or key ingredients, and that is what we’ve got this month from the Swedish competitor Self Omninutrition.

Egg & Oat is the latest innovation out of Self Omninutrition, and as you could’ve probably guessed, it is a simple combination of egg for protein and oats for carbohydrates. Each 40g serving of the supplement has 15.6g of protein from egg white isolate and an equal amount of carbs at 15.6g from oat powder. The fat sits around the 2g mark and the calories at 144, making Egg & Oat a clean, simple, and nutritious product to help meet your needs of the crucial macronutrients.

Self Omninutrition has done a great job at keeping the nutrition of Egg & Oat balanced with the same amount of protein as carbohydrates no matter how big or small your serving, and it can be seamlessly added to something like a shake or smoothie. The Swedish brand has made the product in two flavors with Chocolate, and the other is more of an option than a flavor with Natural or unflavored, and both are available in 480g tubs, working out to 12 servings at the instructed 40g each.
