Redcon1 makes a cost-competitive pre-workout with Coach Prime called Primetime Pre

Redcon1 Primetime Pre

More Primetime Punch and other all-new tastes aren’t all Redcon1 and Coach Prime — Dion Sanders — have been cooking up since Sanders was announced as a co-owner earlier in the year. Also included in the collection are a couple of completely new supplements that have been put together for the Coach Prime Series. One of those is a pre-workout that isn’t the brand’s long-standing Total War with Primetime Pre, separate from anything else Redcon1 has in the category but somewhat familiar.

Compared to Total War or even Total War Black Ops, Redcon1 and Coach Prime’s pre-workout Primetime Pre is a more cost-effective competitor, featuring a simpler set of ingredients compared to either of those other products and a fittingly lower price tag. We said it is somewhat familiar as the formula driving Primetime Pre is incredibly similar to Raw Nutrition’s Essential Pre-Workout, which is another cost-competitive pre-workout, similar in price as it falls under that rarely touched $30 mark.

Redcon1 X Coach Prime Primetime Pre Label

Redcon1 and Coach Prime have stuffed Primetime Punch with 6g pure citrulline, 3.2g of beta-alanine for performance, a gram each of taurine and focus-supporting choline bitartrate, 360mg of pink Himalayan salt for hydration, and 200mg of caffeine. Interestingly, All of those ingredients are in Raw Nutrition’s Essential Pre-Workout, except for choline bitartrate, as instead, it has 2g of tyrosine for focus, with a third less citrulline for muscle pumps and also slightly less Himalayan salt for hydration.

Again, the similarities between Redcon1 and Coach Prime’s Primetime Pre, and Raw Nutrition’s Essential Pre-Workout are well worth highlighting, hence why we have. While Redcon1’s latest effort is slightly cheaper at $24.99, it does only have 20 servings a bottle versus Raw Nutrition’s Essential Pre-Workout at 30 for $29.99, which, if you calculate its cost for 20 servings, it comes out lower at $20. Like the other Coach Prime supplements, you can get Primetime Pre from the sports nutrition specialist GNC, and of course, it comes in that signature fruit cocktail flavor of Primetime Punch.
