The premium and hardcore sports nutrition brand Vayu wasn’t around for that long before it and all of its well-put-together supplements were eventually discontinued. The brand, attractively dressed in black and red, was actually from the German giant ESN and pumped out some impressive innovations, including an intra-workout that spared no expense and ended up costing €79 (87.92 USD). One of the other famous and tremendously popular products Vayu had on the market was the energy formula, Meta.
At its heart, Vayu’s Meta was relatively straightforward; it brought together a few energizing components, some nootropics, fat loss, and a touch of general health for what was essentially a convenient, better-for-you, uplifting solution. ESN has announced it is bringing back that supplement and its goals with a sequel to the last version we got of Meta when it was from Vayu in Meta X. ESN is calling its iteration of the product Meta X 2.0, and it does indeed have the same sort of ingredients and purpose as its predecessor.
We’ve got the complete facts panel for ESN’s take on Meta in Meta X 2.0 in the image above, and fans of the supplement, when it was available under Vayu, will recognize a lot of the components. The brand has maintained the product’s use of entries like carnitine tartrate, tyrosine for focus and cognition, green tea, quercetin, and a light hit of caffeine. This appears, on paper at least, as a step up from the last Meta to exist, with newly added choline bitartrate pushing the focus that extra bit further, and AstraGin is now in the mix to ramp up absorption and overall efficacy.
As mentioned, Meta and its sequel Meta X were impressively popular supplements from ESN’s hardcore sports nutrition brand Vayu when it was alive and well. The hugely successful German company is now bringing that back, and it will have a fanbase right out of the gate, as it’s not like there was any immediate alternative on the market, especially not one as widely distributed as ESN. Meta X 2.0 is making itself live at esn.com in two days, and it would be wise to get in early as the first run could sell out quickly.
