Core Nutritionals has done a couple of authentic collaborations for its vast selection of supplements, firstly with Moose Tracks ice cream for flavors of protein powder and its protein brownie, and Fun Sweets for cotton candy flavors of Fury, Pump, the exclusive ISO Clear, and Hydrate. On both of those occasions the other side of the partnership has been a sort of food or edible item, something you can relate a flavor or taste to, although for the next big collaboration at Core that’s not necessarily the case.
Announced today and launching within the next couple of weeks is an authentic collaboration that sees Core Nutritionals get together with the iconic Hasbro franchise Transformers, which has gone from toys to cartoons, comic books, video games, and live action movies. The big question remaining is what sort of products are we going to see get an infusion of Transformers, and equally importantly, how will it be done as you have to imagine a clash of good versus evil is involved: Autobots vs Decepticons.
Knowing how extensive Core Nutritionals went for its Fun Sweets collaboration — changed branding and label designs, switched up the packaging, and came out with a whole new supplement in ISO Clear — we expect it to go just as far and intense with Transformers. The tastes involved will be another interesting feature of the partnership, as mentioned, unlike Moose Tracks and Sun Sweets, there aren’t any real flavors associated with Transformers, so the brand will be doing some connecting of its own.
