Core Nutritionals has completely unveiled its collaboration with the legendary Hasbro franchise, Transformers, and it is an extensive one. When the brand announced the partnership with the Transformers brand, which stretches from toys to comics, animation, video games, and live-action films, we knew it was going to be something big. Core furthered that by saying it was its most epic collaboration to date, following its several Fun Sweets cotton candy and Moose Tracks creations.
Firstly, there are three supplements in the Core Nutritionals and Transformers collaboration, each named after and related to something from the Transformers universe. There is the pre-workout Energon built for energy, focus, pumps, and performance; the protein powder Protron, providing 25g of muscle-building protein from whey and casein; then, finally, the hybrid amino acid and hydration blend Allspark, combining EAAs for muscle recovery and repair, and electrolytes to improve hydration and performance.
Three completely new supplements is a giant collaboration, no doubt there, but it gets even more extensive, as each of those products — Energon, Protron, and Allspark — has three flavors to choose from. The flavors are themed around key characters from Transformers in Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron, and those flavors mostly vary from supplement to supplement. The options for Energon and Allspark are the same: Sour Lemon Candy, Mixed Berry Kiwi, and Blood Orange Passionfruit, while Protron’s are Vanilla Honey Graham, Mixed Berry Cheesecake, Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream.
Core Nutritionals is officially launching its entire collection of Transformers supplements in exactly one week on Friday, the 20th of September. It’ll be available directly through the brand’s online store, and there will be a lot to grab if you want to collect them all. With nine items in total, there are undoubtedly going to be bundles to get the lot and save some money, although if you’re a collector, each one has a collectible Transformers figure inside, and there are actually 32 of those to get your hands on.
