The reason you don’t see creatine in beverages or just liquid format, in general, is that it is incredibly unstable in solution, and by that, we mean it essentially becomes ineffective when left in liquid as opposed to mixing with water and drinking straight away. Glanbia made this incredibly clear in its CreaBev marketing, showing that 11% of standard creatine monohydrate saw degradation into creatinine within five minutes, and in 50 days, it converted entirely.
There are many innovations on the market that promise to correct or fix this problem, none of which have been anywhere near as impressive or exciting as the all-new, patent-pending CreaFlow. The international giant Applied Nutrition is going to be the first to market with innovative CreaFlow, a blend of glycerol, micronized creatine monohydrate, and acidity regulators. It claims to be completely stable in solution, unlike the many other creatines out there in the industry.
Applied Nutrition has named its upcoming supplement after its main ingredient in CreaFlow Liquid Creatine, and in each of its 50ml servings, you’ll get an effective 3g of creatine to support all of the usual creatine benefits in muscle strength, size, and performance. CreaFlow is also said to have enhanced solubility and improved bioavailability for rapid absorption, giving the finished liquid an entirely transparent appearance and promising efficacy.
CreaFlow Liquid Creatine from Applied Nutrition is coming to market next week in 500ml bottles, which are large at half a liter, although that’s enough for just ten servings, each packing that 3g of muscle-building and performance-pushing creatine. There are three flavors for the innovative supplement in Blue Raspberry and Sour Cherry, and one authentic collaboration in Millions Blackcurrant, put together in partnership with the iconic candy company Millions.
