Ghost unveils its highly anticipated sleep supplement and it was well worth the wait

Ghost Sleep

Years ago, Ghost confirmed that a sleep product was in the works, and by years ago, we do indeed mean several years back. The original lifestyle supplement company that’s won Protein Wars, Brand Of The Year, and Brand Of The Decade apparently never stopped working on its sleep formula or at least never stopped thinking about it. On Wednesday of next week, that long-awaited and highly-anticipated concept is becoming a reality with the incredibly well-put-together Ghost Sleep.

When Ghost takes on a category, no matter the area, whether it be health, wellness, sports, functional, beverage, or whatever, it is a threat. One of the many things the brand is known for is crafting some damn good supplements, with Ghost Size still our go-to creatine, Ghost Pump, our number-one-rated pump pre-workout, and Ghost Vegan, the best-tasting plant protein out there. Ghost Sleep is another one of those powerhouse products featuring an impressive set of ingredients.

Ghost Sleep Label

Ghost has brought together all of the star sleep components for Ghost Sleep, many of our favorites, and some intriguing surprises, all wrapped in flavored powder format. GABA is in the mix at a gram a serving alongside 3g of glycine, half a gram of the amino acid tryptophan, 400mg of SerinAid phosphatidylserine, and 3mg of melatonin, half of it standard and the other half sustained release melatonin. Zylaria is in there, too, at a solid half a gram, and another premium powerhouse in KSM-66 Ashwagandha for its ability to reduce stress, improve relaxation, and enhance recovery.

The surprise twist with Ghost Sleep, or at least something we didn’t see coming, is the inclusion of colostrum at 3.125g, and it’s transparently dosed — a rare feature — showing 1.25g of immunoglobulin G. Colostrum has become a popular and trending ingredient as of late, but also has a history in sports nutrition as helping tremendously with recovery, in fact, it’s a regular for us at Stack3d. It has found its way into Ghost Sleep, which is a great fit, helping maximize overnight recovery.

As mentioned, Ghost is officially launching its first-ever sleep supplement on Wednesday of next week through its online store as well as its major, long-time retail partner, GNC. Ghost Sleep will be as reasonably priced as the brand’s other offerings, and as always, you’ll be able to use coupon codes like “BELEGEND” through ghostlifestyle.com for 20% discount. The promising product will have 20 servings a bottle, enough to get you through a month when used during the week.
