Chaos and Pain crafts yet another cost-effective pre-workout in the lightly dosed Cannibal Boa

Chaos And Pain Cannibal Boa

Hardcore supplement company Chaos and Pain has taken shots at the cost-effective area of the pre-workout category a couple of times in the last year or so, firstly with Cannibal Pre, launching for under $20 a bottle, and the two-month-old Cannibal Taipan. Both of the products packed a reasonable set of ingredients and dosages for the price you pay, and this week Chaos and Pain is doing it again with a completely new value-focused pre-workout in Cannibal Boa.

Chaos and Pain’s Cannibal Boa sits just under the $30 mark at $29.99, and that is for 30 servings, breaking down to $1 a workout, and if you’re going to compare this to something that has the popular 20 servings, Boa works out to $20 based on that amount. There are two flavors to choose from, both creatively named in Savage Sunrise and Boa Frost Bite; the former is a classic Fruit Punch recipe, and the latter is just as common of a flavor in the world of sports nutrition in Blue Raspberry.

As for the all-important formula powering the Cannibal Boa experience, it is nothing supremely complex or advanced, although at $29.99 for a bottle of 30 servings, that is to be expected. There is no extensive selection of ingredients for deep support in core pre-workout benefits like energy, focus, pumps, and performance, nor are there any fully loaded dosages. There is creatine in this one by way of dicreatine malate at 1.5g per serving for muscle strength, performance, and power.

Alongside the creatine is the rarely seen arginine AKG at an equal 1.5g, a small dose of beta-alanine, which we rarely see below that 3.2g mark or even 2g, with Chaos and Pain opting for 750mg, and a small 550mg blend of taurine, betaine, citrulline malate, glucuronolactone, and tyrosine. The caffeine is at a light 175mg, giving you room to increase for two servings and get 350mg without pushing anything else to a concerning amount. As mentioned, nothing is overly robust or well-dosed in Cannibal Boa, but Chaos and Pain’s goal here is a low price and it does offer that at $1 a serving.
