Applied Nutrition came to the United States last year, bringing the immense reputation it built in the United Kingdom and Europe over the years to the most competitive sports nutrition market in the world. It started out with its signature balanced pre-workout All Black Everything, better known as ABE, then we eventually got several other products bearing the ABE name like ABE Whey ISO, the stackable pump pre-workout ABE Pump, the ABE Energy Drink, and even standalone ABE Creatine Monohydrate.
When Applied Nutrition and ABE made their debut in the US, they brought onboard a whole new look and feel, changing up the appearance of the pre-workout, which was later reflected in the UK. Almost a year and a half later, the international brand touched down here in America; it has decided to refresh its branding. The new look has been introduced on that original pre-workout, ABE, with all of the same ingredients and dosages but switching around the label’s background pattern, display of information, the various fonts used across the product, and it has a logo for AN Performance.
If you visit abenation.com, the previous website for Applied Nutrition’s various ABE supplements in the US, that now redirects you to anperformance.com. From what it appears, AN Performance is the new over-arching name of the brand in America, instead of just ABE and the ABE-named products. It is the same structure as the many other countries Applied Nutrition is available, where you have Applied, and ABE is one of its supplements; here we’ve got AN Performance, and, again, ABE is one of its SKUs.
When you head to anperformance.com, you can still see many of the other products previously released in the American market, like ABE Creatine Monohydrate, ABE Pump, the ABE Energy or Pre-Workout Drink, the protein powder Whey ISO, and even the sports drink, ABE Fuel, originally Body Fuel. We’re not sure if the rest of the items outside of the ABE pre-workout will get a similar refresh, although that would make sense and maybe some name changes since it now has AN Performance in its structure.
