House of Gains upsizes its protein powder to 5lbs for a saving of 35% per serving

5lb Tub Of House Of Grains Protein

Bigger is better in the world of protein powder, where if you buy a 2lber instead of a little 1lb bottle, you will save some money, and it’s usually pretty substantial. When you get up into the bigger boys like a 4 or 5lb, and even the rarely seen 10lb bags, that difference gets even larger, and you can save significant amounts. That has just become the case over at House Of Gains, as after reentering the saturated category of protein powder earlier this year with House Of Gains Protein, it has introduced a bigger bottle.

Since it made its debut, House Of Gains has had only one size to choose from for its whey-based protein powder, and it is the largest almost every other competitor offers in a 2lb with 26 servings, each providing a solid 24g of muscle-building protein. Starting this week, the supplement store and brand has a 5lb version of House Of Gains Protein, giving you two and half times more protein but only costing about 50% more in price, resulting in 65 servings at $64.99, working out to be about 35% cheaper per serving.

Most of the time, when you go bigger, you sacrifice flavor variety, although that is not the case with House Of Gains’ 5lb tub of whey protein; it has five of the regular seven in Creamy Milk Chocolate, French Vanilla, Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy, Cookies ‘N Cream, French Vanilla, and Cinnamon Swirl.
