Hybrid protein powder Nitro-Tech Ripped returns to Australia at Costco and supplement stores

Nitro Tech Ripped Returns To Australia

Nitro-Tech is far and wide, one of the longest-running supplements still on the market from legacy sports nutrition brand MuscleTech. It has undergone several changes throughout the years as well as spawned a few spin-offs, like Nitro-Tech Hardcore, Nitro-Tech Elite, Nitro-Tech Hyper-Build, and the one we’d like to highlight today, Nitro-Tech Ripped. That specific protein powder is a hybrid product, combining whey and weight management ingredients, which has been reintroduced down under in Australia.

MuscleTech has officially relaunched Nitro-Tech Ripped in Australia in two ways. Firstly, you can get the hybrid protein powder from the wholesale membership retailer Costco in a large 6lb bottle; then in specialty retailers where you typically get your supplements, there is a slightly smaller 4lb jug. The upside to the 4lber is that Costco only has one flavor to choose from in Milk Chocolate for its 50% larger 6lb, whereas the specialty offering comes in Milk Chocolate as well as a classic French Vanilla Bean.

The formula behind Nitro-Tech Ripped in Australia continues its original hybrid approach, where you get 30g of protein per serving from a blend of whey concentrate, whey isolate, and hydrolyzed whey, alongside 2.8g of carbohydrates with most of that sugar at 2.5g, 2.8g of fat, and 160 calories. Making up the other side of the supplement and giving you that weight management portion of the experience is kelp powder, 200mg of green coffee bean, MCTs, and regular carnitine at a dose of 350mg.

Another intriguing feature of Nitro-Tech Ripped is it is the first supplement to feature MuscleTech’s fresh new look, very different from its current one primarily in the background. The legacy sports nutrition company has adopted a more graffiti-style backdrop all while keeping some of that familiar MuscleTech flair in its signature logo, colorized title text, and matching details and flavor callouts.
