Innovator Immi makes dried vegetable topping for its high-protein low-carbohydrate ramen

Immi Veggie Topping Mix

The health and nutrition industry is full of creative companies and unique products, and Immi is most certainly one of those. The innovator has turned the familiar food and format of instant ramen into a high-protein, low-carbohydrate alternative with its accurately named Protein Instant Ramen. The product is available in a variety of flavors, including Spicy “Beef”, Creamy “Chicken”, and Tom Yum “Shrimp”, all of which are completely plant-based, and it can be purchased in packets and classic cups.

Immi has introduced an all-new additive for its signature Protein Instant Ramen to make the eating experience that little bit more enjoyable and similar to some of the things you can do with regular ramen. The hit functional food company has introduced Veggie Topping Mix, which is a bag of dried vegetables, including carrot, mushroom, and chive, that can be sprinkled into the brand’s Instant Ramen without too much impact on the nutrition as a tablespoon of the topping adds just 20 calories.

The all-new Veggie Topping Mix is a bulk product, unlike the Protein Instant Ramen packets and pots, where a full-size bag of the product weighs 13oz or 369g, which is enough for about 74 servings or 18 if you really want to pile it on at four servings. With a bulk bag, you can really serve it how ever you like, and it’s not expensive, as a single bag costs $20 over at immieats.com, and if you grab two — total of 148 servings — Immi will reward you with an automatic $4 discount, dropping to $18 a bag.
