Healthfarm Nutrition in India already had fans taken care of when it comes to strength, performance, and power-supporting creatine with a standalone effort. The simply named Creatine Monohydrate is incredibly small in size, available in 50, 100, and 250g sizes, not the large 300g and half kilograms we’re used to seeing. That 50, 100 and 250g work out to 10, 20, and 50 servings, and while something bigger would’ve been great to see, Healthfarm has introduced another slightly more expensive offering.
Healthfarm Nutrition is promoting its all-new CREA3X as a flavored alternative basically, and it is just that, as it relies on the same core ingredient as the original Creatine Monohydrate, but instead of being unflavored, it has a variety of tastes to choose from. Every serving of CREA3X has 3g of creatine monohydrate, the same as the already available Creatine Monohydrate, with a dash of dextrose to help provide some actual flavor, and there are three options in Orange Burst, Mango Twist, and Fruit Punch.
The big question, of course, is what sort of price you will be paying for CREA3X versus Healthfarm Nutrition’s unflavored, standalone Creatine Monohydrate. The answer is a fair amount as if you compare the price per gram of creatine per bottle, CREA3X is 40% more expensive. That isn’t an absolutely huge amount, but if you’re erring on the side of value, then that is a difference worth knowing about.
