Vaughn’s Treats is a protein snack brand from Vaughn Walker, a fitness influencer and ambassador for the hugely successful sports nutrition company Raw Nutrition. The brand made its debut in the first half of last year with a Rice Krispies-style protein bar, squeezing 10g of protein into a crispy, crunchy, and sweet snack. The still very young brand hit the market with two flavors available for its first-ever edible item in the marshmallow-themed Original Mallow and the cereal-style Fruity Cereal.
Both of Vaughn’s Treats’ protein bars are currently out of stock on its website, and if you go to its Instagram page, you’ll notice that every single one of its posts has been removed. If we had to guess, the brand is probably building towards something, and we may have a sneak peek of what exactly that eventuality is. A picture has surfaced of a completely new product from Vaughn’s Treats called Protein Pretzels, which are crunchy pretzels covered in chocolate with a solid 12g of protein per bag.
Vaughn Walker and Vaughn’s Treats certainly did things differently with their first-ever product, putting out a protein bar in a style that is not as common as it used to be; these days, they are mostly the sweet and smooth nut butter style. Protein Pretzels is most definitely a step further, in a format you don’t see all that often, if at all when it comes to high-protein foods. Either way, that is what Vaughn’s Treats has created and has coming soon: a bag of crunchy pretzels, covered in chocolate and high in protein.
