Legacy tackles fat loss in its latest product with Mitoburn, focus and a strong level of caffeine

Fat Burner Legacy Melt

Legacy is a brand that has you covered in a good amount of the major sports nutrition categories, including pre-workout via a stimulant-free competitor in pill and powder format, a creatine-based muscle builder, and a protein powder that it recently released a unique Neapolitan Dream flavor of. The young and growing company has just added another area of the industry it reaches in to with Legacy Melt, a stimulant-backed weight loss supplement.

Melt is a relatively typical competitor for the world of fat burners, bringing together common components like carnitine, caffeine, thermogenics, and the always-potent, yohimbine. There is a total of seven ingredients driving the experience you get in Legacy Melt, and some of them are a bit of a surprise. One of those would be alpha-gpc, mostly found in pre-workouts and nootropics, as it is a focus enhancer, and here, Legacy has included alongside a weight loss-style product.

The other ingredients Legacy has brought together for its first-ever fat burner are acetyl-l-carnitine, synephrine, theanine and caffeine for smooth energy, about 1.5mg of yohimbine, and the premium and proven MitoBurn. The dosages of most of the features aren’t as high as we’d like, including alpha-gpc at just 150mg and 250mg of MitoBurn, although the stimulating components are certainly enough for an impact with the caffeine at a strong 300mg per two-capsule serving.

You can grab Legacy Melt straight from the brand’s online store, and it is quite pricey, sitting at $49.99 for a bottle of 30 servings. That’s not as low or competitive as we’d like for the variety of ingredients and size of the dosages, but the brand does often offer discounts and some sizeable ones at that. Currently, Legacy’s capsule pre-workout is discounted by 20%, bringing it down from the same $49.99 as Melt to $39.99, which is where we feel Melt makes more sense.
