Suprfuel squeezes up to 16g of protein into its unique functional soup

Details Of Suprfuel Protein Soup

One of the first products from the relatively new house brand from The Skinny Food Co, Suprfuel, that caught our attention was its intriguing and innovative High Protein Soup. We got our first look at the product a few months ago around the Arnold UK, where the brand was on display, although it didn’t have the functional creation at that time. This week, Suprfuel has rolled it out, sharing all of its details, and not just in the one Chicken flavor originally previewed; there are, in fact, three.

The Skinny Food Co and Suprfuel’s High Protein Soup is a combination of milk protein, typical flavoring ingredients found in soup like tomato, onion, basil, and paprika, and depending on the variety you go with, wheat-based pasta, although that doesn’t affect the nutrition too much. A moderate 23 to 24g serving has 14 to 16g of protein per serving, thanks to the milk protein, 2.8 to 3.3g of carbohydrates, 2g or less of that sugar, a gram or less fat, and the calories fall in the 80s at 80 to 84.

Suprfuel’s High Protein Soup is available straight from The Skinny Food Co’s online store, and it’s not too expensive, sitting at £8.74 (11.18 USD) for a box of five single-serving meals, and that goes for any of the three flavors in Tomato & Basil, and the noodle options, Beef & Noodles and Chicken & Noodles. The Skinny Food Co is known for putting extra protein and better-for-you twists on familiar foods, dishes, and recipes, and this is another example of that creativity and innovation.
