Universal Nutrition was a long-standing line of sports nutrition supplements from the same company that makes the hardcore brand, Animal. It produced several notable products throughout its years, but near the end of last year, it underwent a drastic shift where it completely changed its look, approach, and selection. We were introduced to a whole new Universal made up of a handful of supplements in Men’s and Women’s Foundational Health Pack, Boost & Focus, and Replenish & Restore.
The still relatively new line of health and nutrition products from the revamped Universal has been added to here at the half way mark of 2024, with four separate and similar format releases, each named after its core purpose and goals. The two most similar are Men’s Total Health Pack and Women’s Total Health Pack, reminiscent of the classic Animal Pak, as it combines a variety of general health and wellness ingredients into single-serving packs of pills. The difference between the two versions is right in the name, as one has been formulated for men and the other for women.
The other two supplements joining the Universal family also have several different pills per serving, and they all come packaged in packets. There is Mobility & Bone Support, which brings together a variety of ingredients in an effort to improve joint function, mobility, and health. Last but not least is De-Stress & Sleep, another self-explanatory product with a selection of ingredients, including ashwagandha and Zylaria, to help you relax, unwind, and get a better night’s sleep.
All four of those extensions to the Universal family can be found and purchased directly through the brand’s online store at universalu.com, and like the first four supplements they’re available individually or via a discounted subscription. The Men’s Total Health Pack and Women’s Total Health Pack are the same price at $39.95 or $35.96 under subscription, for a box of 30 servings, then for Mobility & Bone Support and De-Stress & Sleep, the prices are $32.95 and $29.66, respectively.
