Lionel Messi’s Más reveals all you need to know about its line of hydration drinks

Mas By Lionel Messi

Más is the upcoming hydration beverage brand from legendary footballer Lionel Messi, put together in partnership with the maker of White Claw Hard Seltzer, the Mark Anthony Group. The brand and its signature, hydration, and performance-supporting drink are making their debut in the US and Canada within the next ten days. The initial Más lineup is rather extensive and has a lot of details to it, which will help ensure it has a strong impact right out of the gate.

Lionel Messi’s Más will hit the market with one core beverage, and it is indeed all about supporting hydration, performance, and recovery. The formula powering the benefits and overall experience is made up of four key electrolytes in sodium, magnesium, potassium, and calcium, a blend of B vitamins, zinc, antioxidants, including the popular vitamin C, just a gram of sugar, cane sugar to be precise, and the calories have been kept nice and low at ten in a half-liter bottle.

Mas By Lionel Messi Bottle And Can

Interestingly, Más and its sports drink appear to be coming in two formats; the traditional plastic screw top bottle, which is the one with that 500ml or 16.9oz volume, and a slim and sleek 12oz can. The canned sports drink is presented and marketed side by side with the more familiar bottled format, leading us to believe it is the same, just in a can. It also comes in the exact same four flavor options, each uniquely inspired by a different part of Lionel Messi’s own life story.

The menu of the Más sports drink by Lionel Messi includes Orange D’or, a citrusy mix of orange and tangerine; Berry Copa Crush combining berry and cherry; Limon Lime League, the classic pairing of lemon and lime; and finally, the pink-colored Miami Punch, presumably inspired by Messi’s current team, Inter Miami.

With the star power of Lionel Messi, especially internationally, it goes without saying that Más and its selection of hydration beverages should have a noticeable impact on the sports drink space, even with all of the action it already has going on. At a week and a half away from its promising launch, you can sign up for early access at masbymessi.com and be given a chance to purchase the eight-piece, limited Commemorative Launch Pack with all four flavors and a letter from Messi.
