Brazilian brand Black Skull has come out with a whole new line of supplements, specifically for the sports nutrition industry, made up of a selection of products much more advanced and put together than its past offerings. All of the innovation is coming under the banner Black Skull Pharma, separate from the original Black Skull we’ve come to know, despite the similarities in appearance. The supplement leading the show for what is essentially the brand’s premium line is the pre-workout Oppenheimer.
Black Skull’s various pre-workouts over the years have not been anything supremely advanced, mostly reliant on solid dosages of tried and true ingredients like beta-alanine, citrulline, and, of course, caffeine. With all of that said, the all-new Oppenheimer is a rather impressive step up in variety of ingredients and effects compared to those other Black Skull pre-workouts. This is all despite the Brazilian supplement company having to adhere to a completely different set of rules and regulations compared to anywhere else in the world.
The formula in Black Skull or Black Skull Pharma’s still doesn’t stand up well to your average pre-workout here in the US, but again with everything it has to deal with and how it’s evolved, it’s relatively robust. Several familiar features make the cut with 3.2g of beta-alanine for performance, a gram of tyrosine to elevate focus, and another one gram dose each for pure citrulline, arginine, and betaine anhydrous.
The surprise additions are what comes outside of those typical pre-workout ingredients, as also in the newly released Oppenheimer pre-workout is 300mg of the multi-benefit, performance and recovery-enhancing ashwagandha, 250mg of choline bitartrate, and 60mg of evodiamine. There are plenty of stimulants in here, too, by way of caffeine anhydrous at 200mg, and alongside that is yohimbine, an almost never-seen ingredient outside of the US, and should pack quite the punch for fans of Black Skull.
Oppenheimer is one of many new supplements from Black Skull under Black Skull Pharma, others being Lipidex, Nootropic Creatine, Mr. Testo, and Blackoff; some of the standouts of which we’ll likely highlight and bring some attention to in the coming days. If you’d like to get your hands on Oppenheimer, the hugely successful Brazilian sports nutrition brand has set up a separate website for Black Skull Pharma, where you can grab a 30-serving tub of its most advanced pre-workout at R$221.90 (42.71 USD).
